Full financial transparency

Full financial transparency means exactly that. The cost is the cost, there is nothing hidden in our budgets. There are no material mark-up’s, hidden fees or additional costs beyond the invoice pricing of materials and labor. The final price is based on these costs and our fee. It’s your money, we take care of it like it was our own.

All documentation is available

All documentation is available to the client at any time. It is, after all, yours. There are no secrets in our projects; every aspect is open and available for inspection.

We believe that there should be a friendship with our clients that lasts far beyond the project. We are here to build your dream. We expect you to be as big a part of the project as we are.

You pay us to be your advocate and to ensure that the finished product meets or exceeds your expectations. We represent you and approach the project in just that way. Lastly, we work hard to ensure that you, as the client, find joy in the process. Building a new home should be fun. There will always be issues to overcome; it’s construction after all. But when those issues are identified, we’ll discuss them, decide on a plan of action and solve them together.
